50 Films Bob Monement Would Watch Again.

We love movies and therefore we love lists of movies.

That’s the entire concept behind “The 50 Films Club.”

Anyone can join “The 50 Films Club” simply by submitting a list of 50 films that they would love to watch again.

Bob Monement is our latest induction into The Club. A regular attendee at the monthly “Al’s Movies @ Gayle’s Chocolates” [a.k.a. “The ‘In Bruges’ Film Club] movie-discussion group, Bob first drew attention to himself by suggesting that “Days of Heaven” was an incredible film.

We’d never heard of it— but Bob is right! “Days of Heaven” IS an incredible film!!!

It’s on his list…along with 49 other films and movies he would watch again.

Lists of films people would watch again are lovely and intoxicating. We all know people who say “I never really could like anyone who didn’t like ‘American Graffiti.” Or “American Beauty.” Or…you get the idea.

Al once fell irretrievably in love with a woman, just by looking at her “50 Films” list. If you do not think such a thing is possible, then you merely have not considered the impact of such a list of films.

It is considerable and, frankly, is a loverly look into the soul of the person offering us such a list.

Check out Bob’s incredible list, under the side-bar page “50 Films Club—Films People Would Gladly Watch Again”…

After that? Submit your own list. Bare your soul…and we’ll see you in the movies!!!
